Activity Snapshot 2005-2023

  1. CWCS has adopted a few of the capable and bright students since October 2005 onwards, at Azad Hind Public School catering to children from Slum Areas to ensure that the selected have a secured bright future.
  2. A Special Case One-Time Donation was made towards the National Heart Institute run by the All India Heart Foundation for the LIFE-SAVING Open Heart Surgery Case of 3-Year Old Master Sahil on 3rd March 2006.
  3. Free Medical Check-up Camp was held on 21st May 2006 at Sonia camp, Pul Pehladpur, Surajkund Road, New Delhi.
  4. Distribution of Medicines, Glucose Boxes, ORS Packets and General Health Items at the Camp held on 21st May 2006 at Sonia Camp, Pul Pehladpur Surajkund Road, New Delhi.
  5. Distribution of Clothes and School Shoes for underprivileged Students on 21st May 2006 at Sonia Camp, Pul Pehladpur, Surajkund Road, New Delhi.
  6. CWCS Made a monthly Special Contribution towards meeting the Salary expenses of Teachers appointed at the Creativity School for Slum Children, in 2006-07.
  7. Distribution of Woolen Sweaters at Dakshinpuri Centre, Madangir, New Delhi in the Winter Month, December 2006.
  8. Distribution of Shoe and Clothes at the Creativity School for Slum Children in January 2007.
  9. CWCS has adopted the Ayush Research and Rehabilitation Centre at Bhajanpura, New Delhi From the month of January 2007 onwards by taking the complete responsibility of the treatment of Spastic Children from the under-privileged segment of Society
  10. Distribution of Uniforms, Stationery, School Copies and Books at Little Care & Skill Training Centre in the New Academic Month of April 2007.
  11. CWCS has adopted a very bright under-privileged 5-Year Old Girl-Child VISHAKA from Laxmi Public School, Gokulpuri, New Delhi-110094 to ensure that funds are not a constraint for her grooming. Her siblings are Mentally Challenged and the family is already hard pressed for funds, they are also being supported by CWCS since April 2007.

  25. General Health Check-up camp & free distribution of school shoes on 9/1/2011.
  26. A free health check-up camp was organized by CWCS on 15th May 11 at Jagriti Public School Sangam Vihar. The Doctor conducted general health examination of all the people who were given free medicines.
  27. In order to motivate parents to continue the treatment of their spastic children, CWCS has started distributing staple food like rice on monthly basis. Every month 25 Kgs of good quality rice is distributed to more than 10 families.
  28. CWCS distributed school shoes to 48 underprivileged students of Heera Public School on 31st July 2012
  29. Under its free food distribution drive, rice was distributed to 100 families of economically deprived section at Karotia Camp, CR Park on 22nd Sep 2012.
  30. A total of 82 school bags were distributed among the children of resettlement colony Madanpur Khadar Kacchi Colony, Sarita Vihar, Delhi - on 5th October by CWCS
  31. Free Notebooks were distributed to the children of Homely Ideal Public School on 17th Oct 12.
  32. Distributed school bags to the children of Bharat Ratna Bhim Rao Ambedkar Dalit Uthan avam Shiksha Samiti on 3rd Nov 2012.
  33. Organized a blanket distribution camp for leprosy patients at Satya Jeevan Leprosy Society on 10th Nov 2012. 
  34. Madhusmita Sahoo a young girl in her teenage was treated for cancer at Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar Delhi in Nov. 12. A part of treatment i.e. 55000/- rupees was born by CWCS. Smile on her and her family is back on their faces
  35. Distributed fee notebooks to school going children of Indira Gandhi J J Camp at Connaught place on 30th Nov 2012.
  36. Free distribution of shoes to the students of Azad Hind Public School on 5th Dec 2012.
  37. Free distribution of bags at Princess Park Residential Welfare Association campus Opposite Baroda house on 14th Dec 2012.
  38. A free notebook distribution camp was held for students of Green Aravali Public School at Sangam Vihar Delhi on 24th Dec. 12.
  39. A free sweater distribution camp was organized by CWCS for students of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya at Tuglakabad Extn.  On 23rd Jan 13.
  40. 5 underprivileged children were awarded education scholarship for a year by University of WOLVERHAPTON 18F- Basant Lok, II Floor, Vasant Vihar New Delhi -110057 initially for a year. Mr. Pragayat Singh, Head of Delhi Branch of the university has promised to extend the scholarship up to 5 years in the future. 
  41. Cancer patient Shashi Jain was treated at Apollo Hospital in Feb 13 New Delhi with financial assistance from CWCS. She is doing fine now.
  42. On 27th Apr. 13 a free notebook distribution camp was organized by CWCS at Karotia Camp, Kalkaji. 
  43. Rice Distribution was organized by CWCS for the economically deprived section people of Giri Nagar, Kalkaji on 6th May 13.
  44. Free bag distribution camp was organized on 14th May 13 by CWCS at New Ankur Public School, 683/8 I Block Ratiya Marg Delhi.
  45. Four physically challenged children namely Diksha [age 2 years] ,Aryan [age 2 years], Ishika [age 5] & Piyush [age 8] belonging to economically weaker section of Sangam Vihar locality were helped by CWCS to get free Rolater- a devise used for walking through a Government agency. 
  46. Free notebook distribution camp was organized on 14th Sep 13 at Heera Public School, Sangam Vihar for the students of marginalized section.
  47. Free bags were distributed to the children of underprivileged section of Homely Ideal Public School, Sangam Vihar, Delhi on 23rd Sep 13.
  48. Free notebooks were distributed to the children of underprivileged section of Harijan Basti Kondli Hub Centre, Ghadoli Extension Delhi on 25th Sep 13. 
  49. Shami Ahmed Mansoori aged 8 years, a child from underprivileged family was operated in Oct 13 for heart ailment at Escorts-Fortis hospital. All his medical expenses were born by CWCS. Child is looking forward to schooling now. 
  50. A notebook distribution camp was organized at Karotia camp for the children of lower-weaker section of the area on 2nd  March 14. 
  51. 10 underprivileged children were awarded education scholarship for a year by University of WOLVERHAPTON 18F- Basant Lok, II Floor, Vasant Vihar New Delhi -110057  for the year 2014-15 in an event hosted by it on 23rd April 14 at FICCI Auditorium. The event was attended by CWCS president Ms. Sarita Kalia along with staff and 10 beneficiaries with their parents. 
  52. Ms. Zainbee a young girl of 14, was operated successfully at AIIMS for a heart disease on 27 June 14. The surgery was funded by CWCS. Now the girl has all smile and hope in life.
  53. Resource persons from Enactus SSCBS conducted a workshop on Awareness on personal Hygiene among women on 6 September at CWCS run rehabilitation centre, Sangam vihar Delhi. During the workshop over 35 women participants were educated on the importance of maintaining personal hygiene. This activity was held as a part of the initiative taken by Enactus in association with Child & Women Care Society. The company aims to promote hygiene among the women of lower-weaker society in partnership with CWCS. 
  54. A free bag distribution camp was organized at Azad Hind School, Faridabad on 20 Nov 14.
  55. Baby girl Pari aged 3 was operated successfully for open heart surgery at AIIMS on Dec 8, 14. She was discharged and living happily with her parents. All her medical expenses were borne by CWCS.
  56. Another successfull surgery of baby Yasmin aged 7 years at AIIMS hospital on 10th march, 2015.  Child and Women Care Society contributed for her surgery expenses and today she is living a healthy and normal life with her parents. God bless her !
  57. CWCS REHABILITATION CENTRE running for underprivileged mentally handicapped and spastics children,  has been shifted to EAST OF KAILASH NEW DELHI 
  58. From August,2015, CWCS has started a new branch in Kota , Rajasthan  to expand its welfare services  and to provide better opportunities to underprivileged community.
  59. Again another successful surgery of Mr. Vikas at AIIMS hospital on 7th August 2015 who was suffering from heart disorder.Some part of his surgery expenses was borne by CHILD AND WOMEN CARE SOCIETY.

  65. CWCS is feeling very proud on the achievements of our sponsored girl  DRISHTI KALRA. She has been sponsored by CWCS for her education since childhood.She has made us proud as She participated in 62nd JUNIOR BALL BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP held from 08/02/2017 to 12/02/2017 and played very well.
  66. CWCS has joined hands with FOUNDATION AGAINST THALASSAEMIA from March 2017, to spread awareness about Thalassaemia among people and to motivate people to come forward and support for this noble cause.
  67. CWCS Organised Free Health Check Up Camp  In Sant Nagar On 5th Of September 2017 And Donated Wheel Chair To Spastic Child Master  Piyush.
  68. In April 2018, CWCS has adopted few underprivileged students from BAL VIKAS VIDALYA MASJID MOTH NEW DELHI-49. The parents of these students are not able to afford their education expenses. CWCS is bearing all students education expenses and encouraging them in all aspects of their life for their better future.
  69. CHILD AND WOMEN CARE SOCIETY is feeling glad to begin infact has begun ,BEAUTY PROFESSIONAL COURSE FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED WOMAN .One more step moving towards Women Empowerment .This training is totally free of cost for underprivileged. New Batch has been started from july 2019.
  70. CWCS has adopted KOSHAL  PHYSIO OCCUPATIONAL  THERAPY CENTER in GHAJIABAD  where poor and needy mentally handicapped and SPASTIC children are being treated, in MAY 2023.
