Cancellation Policy
Child & Women Care Society believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore offer a liberal cancellation policy for all donations paid online. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of making a donation. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the donation made by a registered member/trustee/volunteer have been distributed to the beneficiary and a donation slip under section 80(G) have been emailed/mailed physically or electronically to the member.
- There is no cancellation of donation placed under the donation for a cause.
- No cancellations are entertained for those donations that the Child & Women Care Society marketing team has obtained on special occasions etc. These are limited cause for donations and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case of not receipt of donation slip physically/electronically within 7 days after making donation by a registered member/trustee/volunteer one can cancel the donation and claim for a refund.
Refund Policy
When you make a donation to Child & Women Care Society shall utilize the donation fund either independently or jointly in the charity or in the project for which donation is made by the registered member. If you are, for any reason, not entirely found your fund to be applied on the identical cause for which donation is made, we will cheerfully issue a full refund to the registered members. To request a refund, simply contact us with your donation details within 24 hours of your making a donation. Please include your donation number (sent to you via email after making a donation) and optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund in order to meet your expectations in future. Refunds are processed within 21 days period.
